I think this will do good versus any build but a japanese Air build.
The Phelps sub hunt. The two BB's move up with a richmond each and contest two objectives, while boise moves up to the one with the weakest opposition.

Hm, I like it. But, with limited ASW you may have a sub problem. I usually only bring DD's for ASW but they all get killed and he has 1 sub left that I can't kill so he automatically wins.
Other than that looks solid. Could easily take on another similar typre surface fleet.

Not sure. What amount of points would it be? If I could I would upgrade the Boise to the San Francisco
