I like the initiative bonus from Enterprise, but if you downgraded the Helldiver to a Dauntless and went with the Yorktown and Princeton instead, you could add a PBY Catalina (Which would more than cancel out the loss of Illustrious's Expert Torpedo SA; and having an extra aircraft to place somewhat blunts the effect of losing initiative for this fleet).
