I've already posted this build in other threads, but I think it warrants it's own:

1x HMS Jamaica (15)
1x HMS Belfast (14)
1x HMS Javelin (9)
7x HMS Saumarez (56)
1x Marlet (6)

It has +4 initiative, spells certain death for subs, and packs enough torpedos to threaten a major battleship (Saumarez's BB Killer SA); the cruisers have torpedos too, so you could throw them into the swarm if you were really desperate. It may be a bit weak against dive bombers, but they would have to destroy a lot of targets before they rendered the fleet ineffective.

Any comments, glaring weaknesses, or room for improvement?

Maybe throw in a Phelps for +5 initiative.

Still liking this build a lot IL, have you tried it out yet?

Saumarez and Repulse have really improved the RN build options at 100 pts.

I'm still stationed overseas and don't have access to mini's right now; but when I do, this fleet's first game is going to be against a Musashi fleet.
