"This unit ignores face up Disrupted counters"The Russian & German heroes (at least) have this text as part of their hero SA: "This unit ignores face up Disrupted counters."
I guess this means that it never really gets disrupted: never suffers the disrupted penalty to attack dice or the disrupted penalty to defence.
But how does this work in terms of (nonlethal) Defensive fire? The hero can provoke defensive fire, but ignores any face up counters it receives as a result. But is the hero's movement still STOPPED by an effective defensive fire attack? The stopping of movement doesn't seem to have anything to do with face-up disrupted counters.

From Steve on the old boards:
| Quote: | The wording in that case is somewhat unclear, but it has been clarified that the immediate immobilization is a result of being disrupted and not an additional effect of the defensive fire. So yes, units that can still move while disrupted can continue moving after being hit by defensive fire.

Since the ending of movement is due to the disruption, the heroes can keep moving since they ignore disruption.
