I am good with either.  I don't care about mixing. If I only played V2 but the unit I wanted was V1 I wold have a problem.  Thus I play both.  Plus, I do like some V1 stuff better.

Since we have access to other maker, the V2 are fine with me. As for a company to reach profit scale... it's business at it's best. The only answer is not to buy.

The cast quality as always been a problem with WOTC/Hasbro. It is not the last either. Be prepare. Even in pewter we can have the same problem. Are we at the beginning or the end of a mold. Did WOTC made the mold, bought old stuff from defunct company. Question without answer anyway.

Hey Sharpe, you look so diminutive next to that German tank.  You go on a diet or something?

Don't care, but my selection is mainly V2 because I started right around the scale change

You almost got it right. Sharpe actually shrunk himself down and is standing next to a V2 King Tiger from the 39-45 set. It's placed in an extremely nice diorama. Sharpe just wanted to get a little closer to the action when he played. Rolling the dice is a killer though!  Smile

Voted for V 1.0.  That's where I got my start, and, after plunking down $100s for V 1.0, I couldn't justify switching en masse to V 2.0.  That being said, I don't have a problem mixing scales.  I have several V 2.0 pieces, but only the ones that weren't released as V 1.0 minis.

Hope that helps!

P.S.  I agree with Steel_Panther.  I much prefer 9 minis in my boosters versus 5 Exclamation  Exclamation

I voted V-2, but I have the complete set of all.

I am in the process of down sizing my collection to 1 of each unit for set 1-5 and may sell them as complete sets at some point in the future as more AAM and WAS comes out.

I like having it all, but if it just sits on the shelf it does not make alot of sense when someon else could ejoy it.
