Post subject: Piemaster's "MIA" unit cards (update Feb 29)
|
|
|
Hello all! These are the first cards I have made. I know they aren't pretty, (MS paint ftw) but other than that... Comments or suggestions? (If any of these have been done before just let me know. I'll remove them if the maker so wishes.)
And an American Machine Gun.
Soviets need something with transport! (other than tanks)
Soviet Machine gun!?!?
Soviet Tankette (much like the L3/35)
Soviet Medium tank
Amphibious tank, Soviet style.
Scary? I think so.
Thought the Italians needed some boosting.
I thought of this idea after I read the book Catch 22 and they mentioned em a couple of times. _________________

| Pretty damn good for MS PAINT, perhaps you can save the cards in a way that prevents the blurrieness? I agree with you, those should have been done a long time ago! |

Yeah I don't get the blurriness, any suggestions? (I'll check all my options etc.)
EDIT
Figured it out. It was a problem with how I was saving it.
EDIT
There fixed, sadly had to redo it all lol... anyways I like the new color scheme better. _________________

The M1919 was an LMG, so if you follow the rest it should not get Double Shot, but Covering Fire. The HMG for the US was the M1917, which was basically the same as a Vickers.
Of course, the M1919A6 (the bipod version of the M1919) was easier to actually be used as an LMG, the weight of the A4 and the setup time (compared to the A6) made it more of a defensive weapon... so it's actually hard to model the three US MG's and still keep them all interesting in their own way.
How would you model the M1917 and the M1919A6? |

exactly, but I thought because the US already had the BAR, well, I'll figuer something out.
EDIT
Ok reconfigured the M1919 into a LMG. Currently working on a proper American machine gun.
EDIT
Added the borwning M2. I think it should be heavy because...well it was. Also with its .50 calibre nature, it did quite a bit of damage. _________________

True, I was reading that somewhere... but already the US has the quad 50 and I don't want to have to make the M2 too many points. I'll see what i can figure out. _________________

I havent been able to get to my program... *cough* ms paint, lately because of a computer issue. This should be fixed soon and you will be seeing more custom cards soon! And remember, I take requests! _________________

Very good cards and all that with paint, Impressive
I especially like the Soviet units. What do you think, should SU-14-1 have indirect fire? _________________

Thanks! About the SU-14: I'm thinking bout something like that. I'm basically in the process of redoing the whole thing. _________________
