REVISED 4 March 2009
[2 new admirals for a total of 32 and a few revisions of existing admirals:
Sprague's bonus changed to torpedoes, Lutjens's bonus only for Main Gunnery, Doenitz got clarification for Elusive Quarry, Bergamini's bonus changed to reflect accuracy]
Admirals FAQ
----------------
* How do I use these cards?
- The Admirals deck is for nation-limited games. Each player chooses a nation and then picks one Admiral of this nation. That's it.
The card template is Bondboy's . It's in WoTC dimensions and relatively cheap to print.
I hope you enjoy all 32 of them. You can download them from here for high quality (300 pixels/inch).
In low quality, for online use:

Very nice! My group has already played with a few of them and we find the Admirals to add a new dimension to the game! _________________

they do look pretty snazzy printed out in that picture. I might have to invest in a set myself. _________________

I've just realised that my cards were printed a tiny bit bigger than the WoTC ones. I'm happy with this because they still fit in the typical collector's albums and in typical WoTC-sized card sleeves.
I may correct this a bit later, although I prefer them as they are. _________________

The cards are a big hit at my locations and everyone has made a set, at least for their respective navies. A question was asked if there would be mor eput out when another expansion comes out (for WaS), or if this is it completely. (Was personally wondering if Admiral Chester Nimitz may get a card) _________________

I'm not sure I can make a second set, but there is no reason to believe that someone else won't do it instead. _________________

I would love to do it myself, and I would love to help in creation of supplementary cards (versus making a completely new set of cards), but I unfortunately do not quite have the know-how and programs that some of the others on here do (and I must at this point also bow down to their mad skills) _________________

Hmm, well since the Canadians now have a ship (at least for now in the HMCS Haida) do they also need an Admiral card (or at least a decent Captain?) Or would they, like their Austrailian counterparts, be allowed to freely use their UK allies as their own Admirals? _________________

If you follow the admiral rules strictly, they can only be used with the Dutch admiral. _________________

Guess that answers that about nation exclusitivity. Heh, the UK players might be a bit irked, as the ones I play with at least have been using the Aus and Can ships as part of the larger UK contengents akin to the Allied rules of the A&A standard rules. I'll make sure that is recognized. _________________

Historically though the Aussies did fight under RN Admirals. The other candidate for an Aussie Admiral would be Crutchly he commanded the Aussie Squadron at Savo, but he was RN _________________

Obviously, you're free to play in any way you want. Just make sure your opponent agrees. _________________

No problems then. Most of the players here (well where I play at) tend to use the Aussies and the Canadians as part o the UK overall forces anyways. No one usually has a problem with it, especially considering the ships the Canadians and the Austrailians bring to the table (as of now). Thanks for the clarification, regardless. _________________
