A: not enough reprints
B: NMS Kogainiceanu is a river monitor
C: NMS Ghiculescu is a gunboat maybe too small for WAS

Precisely. What would be more madenning, no new IJN carriers or a legitimate and powerful carrier such as the Shinnano released as a fantasy Yamato reprint?
