Don't jump to a conclusion, just wait a little.
Maybe the guy is out with business, give him a little time. He is innocent until proven... otherwise.
Ask ND to check out if that account is a clone - as a safety precaution.

i am a very trusting person. I have never had a problem with shipping first. But I always make sure to communicate with the other trader so they are not left in the dark.
