I don't know, but you could try to make one. I would be willing to do some play-testing if you did.

Keep checking throughout this forum, some people have looked into it before, I'm just not sure where their research is on here.

Also realize, that there would be no Extended range firing at all, and most torpedoes would go only range 1 at most.

They really were very, very outmatched by the improvements since the end of the "Great War".

Because everything was smaller couldn't you mess with the scale and make everything on a smaller scale for distance?  This is assuming that you never have interactions between WoTC WW2 models and these WW1 models.

I was also thinking of that (great minds DO think alike, or at least like mine!) but I would expect people to "want" that interaction.

It would be a simpler game if designed to NEVER interact, however as even speeds could be smoothed out.

I created a few cards for pre-WW1 a while ago but it's hard. Yes, there would be no ER4 and range-1 torpedoes at the most. None of these ships would have an AA value, either.

If anyone would like to see card(s) that I created, PM me. Their nothing official, just my guess, but their hard to make. Mainly because, the W@S Guidelines are for ships that had range finders and data processing machines. They didn't have that technology in Pre-WW1 or during WW1.

Having a WW1 Deck does sound like a lot of fun to me!

You want WW1 ships in 1:1800 scale?

http://www.wtj.com/store/

Their models are fantastic. Every bit as good as what's produced by Shapeways for great prices.

No AA would not matter, as you would not have that many planes anyway, and most would be recon? No carriers for sure!
