In a blind pick for a 150 point axis fleet, which do you take Scharnhorst or Haruna?

Scharnhorst is as good or better in every category except short range main gunnery. In particular, the extra armor and vital armor points are key. An argument can be made that lower cost and a flag rating would make Kongo a competitive choice, but Haruna is right out.

I'd probably trade my Haruna for a second Kongo... but there's always the off-chance I'll get around to playing a game with those 'Troop Landing' houserules and need that awful Bombardment SA for once.

depends on what I blindly pick, if I blindly pick Japanese then Haruna, if I blindly pick german the Horst.
so I'll have to vote haruna cus I prefer my japanese fleet and I prefer the model
