Why do the planes have "Ace" in their name when it appears in their status below anyway? Is it to set them apart when less skilled versions appear later?

I think the Bf 109E Ace and the Bf 109E Wingman answer that question.

It does. I overlooked the fact that there were two Bf 109 cards out of the six we had. It just seemed redundant to me to have ace in the name and the status, but I suppose they do need the names to be different.

very interesting the Zero looks to be extremely easy to destroy so im going to guess that movement plays a huge role in the game and that will give the zero a bit of an edge , which should make for some interesting gameplay.

Who cares if you have less guns and armor if you're tailing them! I'm guessing that if you get into the right position then it's hard not to win! Very Happy

Perusing the cards this morning I read the "Tally Ho" ability and it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
I remember that ability existed in another good game from this same company. That system was ruined then apparently abandoned much to the disappointment of the fans and collectors.
As a result there is a hesitation on my trigger finger with AAAF.

yes and that must be what the "turn" stat is which the zero has a 6 higher then anything else shown.  I can imagine the BF110 is going to have an ugly turn number.
